Best Way to Balance Health: Diet & Excercise

Simplicity teaches. Complexity confuses. I watch people arrive carrying the weight of failed fitness attempts complicated routines they couldn't sustain, perfect plans that collapsed under real life's pressure.

The problem isn't their willpower. It's their approach. Most fitness advice assumes people have endless time and energy. Three-hour gym sessions. Meal prep marathons. Tracking everything. We hand them optimization when what they need is clarity.

So we need to start at something different and more feasible.

A typical conversation ensues:
Participant: "I want to get fit, but every program I try feels impossible to maintain."
Me: "What if fitness wasn't about doing everything perfectly, but about doing simple things consistently?"

That's when 3+2+1 was born
• 3 strength sessions – muscle, metabolism
• 2 cardio sessions – heart, stamina
• 1 flexibility session – mobility, recovery

Six sessions. One week. That's it.
Participant: "But is that enough?"
Me: "The routine you can follow is infinitely better than the perfect one you abandon."

Three months later, participant is stronger than he/she has ever been in years. Not because the program was revolutionary, but because it was sustainable.

The paradox of fitness - we think more is better, when better is simply consistent.
Health isn't conquered when it's practiced. Daily, Simply, Without apology.

PS: What part of 3+2+1 will you start this week?
