1. Change the milk
Swap regular milk with almond, cashew,
or coconut milk. (Trust me, the taste only gets richer.)
2. Change the sweetener
Skip the sugar. Use date syrup, stevia,
or monk fruit. (Sweetness stays. Guilt goes away.)
3. Watch the portion
A single cup has a low glycemic load
(just 5–6). And carrots themselves have a
low-to-medium GI (35–45).
That’s it. Simple swaps, same joy. Festivals aren’t about saying no. They’re about enjoying what you love in a
