Physical & Mental Health : Related?

We've gotten really good at labeling things. A child shows signs of anxiety or depression, and we have a diagnosis ready. Sometimes medication follows quickly after.

But I think we're missing something important. These symptoms the anxiety, the trouble focusing, the mood issues they're connected to physical health in ways we don't talk about enough. Mental and physical health aren't two separate things. They're deeply intertwined.

When I see difficult behavior or emotional struggles, there's usually something underneath. It might be how someone is eating, stress they're carrying, inflammation in their body, or just feeling like they're not enough as they are. There's a lot of pressure on parents today to get everything right. To raise children who perform well, behave well, achieve well.

But that pressure makes love feel conditional. Children pick up on that. They feel it in their bodies. Here's what I want to say to parents - Stop making love conditional. Stop turning every interaction into a transaction. Your children don't need perfection. They need presence. When we address these deeper things instead of just managing symptoms real change becomes possible.

The old saying goes - it's not what you're eating, it's what's eating you. Our bodies hold onto things we don't resolve. Health isn't just about one thing. It's about seeing the whole picture.

People call me aggressive, people think I am intimidating, People say that I am a hard nut to crack. But I guess people young or old do like hard nuts -- Isnt It? :-)
