Found ourselves returning
to three fundamentals of health the ones that sound simple, but change
everything when understood deeply.
1. Find Your Physical Ikigai
I always say this → don’t chase fitness…
create a relationship with movement.
Your Physical Ikigai is that one
activity that feels so natural, so enjoyable, that it pulls you instead of you
pushing yourself.
For some it’s walking.
For some it’s dancing.
For some it’s weights, yoga, or even
gardening.
When you find joy in movement,
discipline becomes a side-effect.
2. Dosage is Poison
This one raised a few eyebrows and
that’s why I love saying it.
Water, sunlight, even exercise… in the wrong dose becomes harmful.
Health is never about extremes.
It’s about respecting the body’s threshold and giving it what it can use, not
what we want to force.
Balance > intensity.
Consistency > heroism.
3. Diet Decides Weight, Exercise Decides Shape.
Weight loss is a metabolic equation food
drives it.
Exercise gives you strength, shape,
function, confidence… but the scale listens more to your plate than your gym.
Once this clicks, people stop punishing themselves and start designing their
routines intelligently.
