4 fundamental pillars of Health → Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Hydration.

Not revolutionary... Not a hack... Just the basics that actually work.

This year, I've watched people transform their health not because they found some secret formula, but because they finally got consistent with these four things.

It's a lot like investing. You can't just focus on one stock and ignore your entire portfolio. You need balance, You need time, You need to show up even when it's boring. Same with your body.
  1. You can't out-exercise a bad diet. 
  2. You can't recover without sleep. 
  3. You can't expect your metabolism to work efficiently when you're chronically dehydrated. 

And just like investing, what works for someone else's body might not work for yours. Your friend's diet plan? Might be terrible for you. The key is finding YOUR formula within these four pillars.

2026 is coming.... If you're thinking about your health, don't overcomplicate it.

Start with the fundamentals... Build from there.
