Health Metrics : AI Prompts

Some magical AI prompts for you to play with during travel today. DM me for clarity.

Step 1. Enter your average daily food intake with timings in any generic AI app. (for 5 out of 7 days). Try to detail as much as possible with brands if any. When in doubt overestimate what u eat.

 

Step 2. Ask it to calculate the following 6 ratios. (See mine in the photo)

Dear "Generic AI bro, please calculate the following for me."

1. My weight to Carb Ratio

2. My weight to Protein Ratio

3. My overall Carb: Protein Ratio

4. My Fasting: Feeding Window

5. My Calorie Contribution ratios for C:P:F

6. My Calorie:Weight ratio

 

Step 3. Goal alignment: Understandably there are three goals basis the ratios.

1. Fat Loss/Gain

2. Maintainence

3. Sugar stability along with the above.

*Given I'm in a fat loss/weight maintainence mode my deficit is close to 200kcal/day on most days, protein is almost always higher and fat is stable.
