Strength.Stamina.Flexibility: Mix in Exercises Routines

Walking 45 minutes daily won't Reverse Diabetes. Before you commit to that daily walk routine, ask your doctor this - How many patients have completely reversed diabetes by walking 45 minutes daily for years?

The answer might surprise you. Many doctors still believe diabetes can't be reversed which is a dangerous myth.

Here's what I've observed in practice
→ Patients walking 45 minutes daily often damage their knees
→ Many develop accelerated neuropathy
→ They miss the three critical components: strength, stamina, and flexibility

Your thigh and calf muscle size is the #1 determinant of longevity and diabetes reversal.

Why? Muscles consume glucose and fat continuously for 24 hours.

My 3-2-1 formula:
3x weekly → Strength training (leg press, squats, calf raises)
2x weekly → 45-minute cardio sessions
1x weekly → Yoga for flexibility, especially hamstrings

Work toward leg pressing your body weight over time.

"But I'm over 60, it's too late...". Wrong!!

There are 85-year-olds completing Iron Man competitions - 3.5km swimming, 180km cycling, 45km running in 17 hours. One started at age 60.

Stop accepting limitations. Your body is capable of extraordinary things at any age.

Don't fall for the "daily walk solves everything" myth. True health requires strength, stamina, and flexibility in the right proportions.
