Not sugar, this toxin is triggering your Diabetes. 20 to 30% of diabetic patients do everything right, they cut fat, lose weight, follow every instruction. And yet their sugar does not come under control.
The reason, in many of these cases, is something called endotoxin-driven diabetes.
Inside your gut, bacteria release harmful chemicals called lipopolysaccharides (endotoxins). Normally, these leave the body through your digestive tract.
But when your gut lining gets damaged from bacterial imbalance or years of ultra-processed food these endotoxins begin leaking into your bloodstream.
Once in the blood, they reach your liver cells, muscle cells, fat cells exactly where insulin needs to work. They create inflammation at those very sites.
As a result, insulin is not able to do its job effectively.
It cannot “unlock” the cells to allow sugar to enter.
And this is why blood sugar levels remain high, despite your best efforts.
This is why some people say "I did everything my doctor told me. I even lost weight. But my sugar still isn't under control." Their problem was never fat.
It was inflammation driven by endotoxins and nobody was looking there.
If you relate to this, it is worth considering that endotoxins may be playing a role.
There is a simple test that can give us a clue
→ hs-CRP (High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein).
Ideally, it should be below 1. If it is above 1, it indicates inflammation in the body. And one important contributor to this inflammation can be endotoxins originating from the gut. The key message I want to leave you with is this → Not all diabetes is just about controlling sugar or reducing fat.
In some cases, the root cause lies deeper in the gut and the inflammation it creates. Understanding this can change the direction of treatment and outcomes.
