Handling Cravings : Formula

Cravings don’t need discipline. They need better alternatives. Summers make ice creams and sugary treats hard to resist.  

And while occasional indulgence is part of life, daily refined sugar consumption quietly becomes a habit that impacts Energy, Weight, Inflammation, & Metabolic health over time.

Instead of resisting every craving, try making smarter swaps like

  • Stevia
  • Coconut sugar
  • Palm sugar
  • Monk fruit sugar

For some people, these can be gentler options compared to conventional sugar-heavy desserts. The goal is not perfection. It is to move from Unconscious eating → Conscious choices.

Because Sustainable Health is rarely built through extreme restriction. More often, it is built through small, practical decisions repeated consistently.
