Heart Health: Three foods to avoid

This has to be the most obvious and slightly annoying health advice I’m gonna give but...If you keep eating these 3 “innocent” foods, your heart will literally file a complaint.

Your heart doesn’t take breaks.

  • Not holidays.
  • Not weekends.
  • Not even your Netflix binge nights.
If you think your heart doesn’t care what you eat, think again. 

  1. That one tablespoon of pickle with curd rice. (Cute, right?)...That tiny spoon is enough to spike your blood pressure and mess with your heart, kidneys, and brain over time.
  2. Deep-fried papad with sambar or rasam. Salt + trans fat = crunchy doom for your blood vessels. But hey, flavor matters more than life, right?
  3. Maggi..one packet = half a day’s salt. Yes, just one. Your heart’s silently screaming.
Health propaganda I’m not falling for:

• “You’re young, you have time”
• “Skipping meals is fine”
• “Salt is just flavor”
• “Maggi is harmless”
• “Pickles won’t hurt”
• “My cholesterol is fine, so I’m safe”

Listen to your heart before it ghosts you.
