Here’s why and three plateau-breaking strategies to push past it.

1. Sleep Check – Get At Least 8 Hours
 ↳ Fat loss happens while you sleep. During this fasted state, your body burns maximum fat to maintain blood sugar.
 
So, first, check your sleep. Aim for 8 hours. Take whatever supplements you need Allopathy, Homeopathy, or Ayurveda. Sleep is the first step that many miss.

2. Prolonged Fasting
