Necessary Supplements

I Decided to test this on myself first.

Post-COVID, I started noticing this weird trend. People went straight from eating food to popping pharmaceuticals for everything. Like there's nothing in between.

Then I traveled abroad and saw something different. My friends weren't popping random supplements. They were taking targeted nutrition.

Specific support for Muscles, Organs, Brain function. And they were thriving, especially post 40.

So I did what any curious doctor would do - I became my own experiment.

Started with the basics -
Collagen peptides, Omega-3, a proper Multivitamin.

Bumped up my vitamin D because higher workout intensity demands it. Then added L-carnitine. One month in, my recovery time dropped noticeably.

But here's what surprised me most - the difference between just taking supplements and taking the right dose for your body weight.

Most of us are walking around under dosing everything.

You need 2000 IU of vitamin D but you're taking 800? That's not health optimization, that's just hope.

I'm not saying abandon food. I'm saying food alone won't cut it anymore - not with our soil quality, not with our stress levels, not with how we're aging.
