Because most people wait till January…and then stack every goal they can
think of
→ Start dieting
→ Add workouts
→ Throw in meditation
→ Sleep early, drink water, stay positive
By March, it’s too much and one missed week becomes one missed month. Here’s the better way....
I call it the 3-6-3 Rule, a yearly framework for sustainable health.
1. 3 months → Focus on Diet.
↳ Pick any three months. Go clean
avoid sugar, oil, and processed food.
Eat home-cooked meals and reset your
system.
2. 6 months → Focus on Exercise.
↳ Explore movement cycling, Zumba,
trekking, running.
By the sixth month, aim for one
milestone: a 10K, a trek, or a challenge that expands your limits.
3. 3 months → Buffer for Relapse.
↳ Life won’t always cooperate.
These are your “forgiveness months” when
you pause, breathe, and get back on track without guilt.
This Diwali, don’t promise your Body perfection. Promise it a plan that lasts
365 days.
