Prolonged Fasting : Benefits

You don’t burn Fat just because you stop Eating. That’s one of the Biggest Myths I’ve seen over the years.

When I talk about Prolonged Fasting, people often think it’s extreme. But to me, it’s one of the most natural and powerful ways to help your body Heal itself. Here’s why..

When you fast for 24 hours, your body is only emptying Muscle and Liver energy stores.

That’s your short-term fuel. You feel light, your clothes fit better and you think something big is happening. But that’s just the beginning. Once those stores are gone, your body shifts to subcutaneous fat, the layer under your skin. It keeps you going for another day or so.

And then, something remarkable happens.

If you stay in the fast long enough say, 3 to 5 days your body starts reaching for the deep visceral fat, the stubborn “Madhya Pradesh” of your body, the fat hiding around your organs, disrupting how they function.

That’s when fasting stops being about “weight loss” and starts becoming about repair.

You’re not shrinking your body. You’re clearing space for your organs to work better again.

That’s what I mean when I say → Intermittent fasting changes your shape. Prolonged fasting changes your system.

When done with care, knowledge, and repetition over a few months, you’re not starving yourself, you’re teaching your body how to burn from the inside out.

I’ve seen this happen with hundreds of people at Freedom from Diabetes and every time, the science proves what ancient wisdom already knew

"Healing begins when you give your body the time to listen to itself."

Have you ever tried fasting beyond 24 hours? What did you notice physically or mentally?
