Workouts for the Aged

Help your parents Build Strength right from home. If your parents hesitate to start strength training, don't push them to join a gym.

Make it ridiculously easy for them to begin at home instead. They won’t say it out loud, but aging scares them more than they show. Two simple, affordable tools can transform their strength, mobility, and quality of life

 

1. A resistance band / toning tube

There are many youtube videos that can be referred, Use this. Even doing 4 exercises is enough to start seeing benefits.

But here's important thing - If the band isn't visible, it won't get used. Don't hide it in a drawer, tie it in the hall, hang it near a window. Keep it where they can see it every day.

 

2. 1 kg ankle weights

Simple, Safe & Effective. They work for both legs and hands, offering enough variety to build functional strength without risk. Enough Youtube videos 

These tools might look small, but they can genuinely change how your parents move, recover, and live their daily lives.
