Two simple Hacks to reduce Sugar and Fat. Most people assume eating healthy means strict rules and boring meals. It doesn’t. Sometimes, how you cook matters more than what you eat. Here are two practical hacks I often share
1. A smart way to reduce sugar impact from rice
Cook your rice as usual. Let it cool and keep it in the refrigerator overnight. Reheat it the next day before eating.
What happens here is interesting. Cooling creates cross-linkages in starch
molecules, converting them into resistant starch. This can reduce the glycemic
index of rice by up to 40%. South Indians have been following this practice for generations and Now you
know why.
2. An easy way to reduce Fat from fried foods
Switch from deep frying to an air fryer. You’ll use very little oil, and fat
calories can drop by 70–80%. At the same time, you avoid harmful compounds like
acrylamide, which form during deep frying.
Your kurkuri bhindi, sweet potato chips, onion pakoras still crisp, still
enjoyable, just much lighter on the system.
Small kitchen changes but big metabolic impact. Sometimes Reversal begins right where you cook.
