Things don’t get better. They get clearer. I recently came across a simple way to look at life when things feel like they’re only getting worse.
It’s called Z-SKB (Zyada Sochna, Kam Karna, Burnout)
When you overthink everything, you end up doing very little, and then you feel
guilty about it. The solution isn’t motivation. It’s a shift in the model.
Enter KTK (Karo → Track karo → Khud ko maaf karo)
If you’re wondering what this looks like in daily life, here’s my version
→ Couldn’t cook dinner? Ordered
something simple.
→ Missed the gym? Did a 10-minute walk.
→ No yoga class? Followed a YouTube
stretch.
→ No perfect meal? Added fiber + protein
where possible.
→ Forgot supplements? Took them the next
day.
Small actions...No drama...No guilt.
Action → Result → Relief
You don’t have to do everything every day. You just have to do something and
move on.
Progress loves consistency.
Not perfection.
