Quick Tip for keeping Diabetes under Control

Stop eating rusk. Yes, even the “low sugar” one. Many people switch from biscuits to rusk thinking it’s a healthier choice.

But the truth is Even if sugar looks controlled, the refined oils and milk solids inside are not helping you. They can increase inflammation in the body and inflammation indirectly raises blood sugar too.

When we talk about food and diabetes, we track sugar rise. But we must also track what increases acidity and internal swelling (inflammation) because that silently worsens insulin resistance.

Simple example of a wooden door. If rainwater keeps falling on it, the wood swells. When it swells, the door gets stuck.

Your body has nearly 60 trillion cells with millions of tiny glucose “locks”.

When inflammation increases, those locks swell. Glucose cannot enter easily... Sugar levels rise. So yes track sugar. But also be alert to foods that increase internal inflammation.

Because not everything that says “low sugar” is low damage. Let’s start asking a better question - Is this food reducing inflammation or increasing it?
