My simple framework to lose 10kgs by March 31st. You might think how someone can lose 10 kg in 2.5 months without extreme diets or punishing workouts. Here it is...
Step 1: Stop suppressing hunger.... Service it.
Hunger is not your enemy. It’s a signal. Understand what your body actually
needs and start giving it on time. For many, the first practical step is correcting deficiencies yes, that may
mean a walk to the local pharmacy and using the supplements list I’ve shared in
the comments section. Do this right, and cravings reduce drastically within 10–14 days.
Step 2: If you don’t carry it, you don’t eat it. For the next 2.5 months:
- No restaurants
- No random shop food
- No impulsive buying
If you carry the food, you eat it. If you don’t, you stay hungry. The only
exceptions - occasional tea, coffee, or lemon water. This one rule alone changes behavior more than any diet plan.
Step 3: Exercise - minimal, not extreme.
→ No hardcore workouts.
→ Light walks and a little yoga are
enough.
→ Over-exercising while fixing
metabolism often backfires.
Most important outcome after 2 months. You relearn a lost skill eating only
when you’re hungry.
Not hungry? Skip the meal. No guilt... No force-feeding. Simple, Sustainable & Effective.
