If you order food online often, this is for you. Most of us don’t order food because we want to eat unhealthy. We order because life is busy, Work runs late, Energy runs low.
So instead of avoiding outside food completely, I usually ask people to order
it more thoughtfully. I share three simple things
1. Try to choose food made with fresh ingredients.
↳
Restaurants that cook fresh may cost a little more, but food prepared the same
day feels lighter and sits better in the body.
2. Don’t hesitate to ask for less oil or sugar.
↳ Most food outside is heavy not
because of the ingredients, but because of excess oil.
A small request can quietly reduce that
load.
3. The most important one - look for Protein & Fiber.
↳ These are the nutrients most
outside meals miss. They don’t store
well, so they’re often kept low.
Adding a protein source and a simple salad
can completely change the balance of the meal. You don’t need perfect eating. You just need a few better decisions. Especially if ordering food has become part of your routine.
